Updated in October 2022
Based on guidelines formulated by the Consumer Affairs Agency, in addition to establishing new rules on whistleblowing in October 2018, Denka completely upgraded its compliance hotline system and established the Denka Group Helpline.
Aiming to encourage Denka Group officers and employees to proactively utilize this helpline, in fiscal 2018, we sent out a message from the Company president, distributed a handbook featuring instructions about how use the helpline, and displayed posters at business bases. In fiscal 2019, we strengthened awareness through the intranet and addressed the compliance hotline system in training sessions based on the Denka Global Compliance Program.
